Again!In May 1998, we launched our new manufacturing facility in Fergus, Ontario, Canada. With state-of-the-art equipment and innovative technologies, Nexgen is ready to deliver the "next generation" of hose and tubing to you.
Our customers have praised us for our repeated ability to meet short delivery deadlines with exceptional quality product and competitive pricing. Due to our responsive Customer Service, we have become Gold Star suppliers for several customers. Our flexibility to meet exacting customer needs is our strength.
In March 2001,
heavy growth led to a 5,000 square foot addition to our warehouse, two years
ahead of our original plan. In March 2003 we added another 10,000 ft to our
warehouse, and our building is now 30,000 square feet. With more warehouse
space, we will be able to stock additional standard inventory. This allows us
more flexibility to develop custom products and still respond rapidly to all of
our customers needs.
2003 was an exceptionally strong year, with new product lines and many repeat orders. Sales in 2004 have continued to be very strong, with sales expanding into new areas . Our ability to react quickly to customer needs and provide innovative quality products is the secret behind our escalating growth!
Nexgen Hose has manufacturing and warehousing in Canada and the United States. Our products are also sold in the Pacific Rim, Central America and South America. Collectively, our operating partners have over 60 years of experience in the industry. Our President, David Tomlinson is the man to call if you are interested in hose or tubing. Whether it's for our standard products or custom items, he'll be happy to give you a quick response to your request.
Also on the team is inside Sales Rep Cameron Brandon. Cameron has been with Nexgen for over six years in various manufacturing positions including Warehouse Manager. Cameron's well rounded knowledge of our processes and customer requirements will permit him to continue to provide you exceptional service.
Working closely with Dave and Cameron is our Plant Manager, Brad Taylor. Brad coordinates our production teams, to ensure the products are made on time and the quality level meets the specifications. Customer satisfaction is Number 1!
